If this sounds like the future you can picture yourself living, send us your resume’ today for a chance to tell us why you believe you will be a great asset to join our diverse and dynamic team!Responsibilities: Support our merchant’s various payment processing technologies via email, text, and phoneAssist merchants with installations of credit card terminalsWork with vendors and merchants to install/convert POS SystemsConfigure/Test/Ship credit card terminalsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and configuration issuesAdd detailed notes in the CRM systemContribute to the Riverside Payments Knowledge baseDeliver exceptional customer service to our merchantsOrder equipment and accessories as neededOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications and Skills: Prior working knowledge in technical supportTeam player with excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office products and G SuiteStrong analytical skills to study, solve and record solutionsDetail-oriented, works well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasksAbility to solve problems quickly and creativelyImpeccable time management skillsHigh school diploma of GED requiredMinimum 1 year experience in technologyPreferred Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience in Merchant ServicesPrior exposure to POS or terminal technologiesAssociate Degree in technology or related fieldFamiliar with CRM softwarePrior call center experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hourBenefits:Health insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
