Real Estate and Workplace division is looking for a Software Systems Specialist to join our Workplace team. This position reports to the manager of the Workplace team. The Workplace team is responsible for the in-person experience of our offices from identification of a need, through project planning, interior architecture & design, including furniture, equipment and partnership in implementation and/or construction & installations of projects scaling in new office concepts to evaluation of feasibility for additional real estate in multiple locations, nation-wide.
The Software Systems Specialist supports the Real Estate and Workplace divisional and team initiatives using software and data to support the design and development of the physical workplace practices. This team member is an integral member of the team by managing software systems that impact all employees, supporting new and developing projects, and providing relevant data and analysis that supports the strategic direction of these teams.
This position requires that all candidates must be local and physically able to work in our Midvale, UT office.
Your role::
Oversee and become the expert the iOffice space management system software
Support and maintain all iOffice modules including service and asset tracking, update all space types, manage team moves, support admin and power users and manage all system reporting
Oversee and become the expert the VergeSense sensor software including implementation and integration with existing software systems
Support and maintain VergeSense system and hardware across all locations
Manage feedback collection software system and hardware to understand and report on the utilization and future projects
Maintain digital and physical feedback deployments through each project phase and cycle across all locations
Serve as system expert and support development of training materials and processes
Backup for other ongoing reporting within the team
Your qualifications::
Self-starter and quick learner; proven ability to anticipate and take proactive action and drive results
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate to get things done
Be a passionate problem solver – breaking down problems and finding the root cause
Experience with Excel, Smartsheet and Qualtrics
Education & Experience
3+ years of experience requirements in relevant fields in technical implementations, solution design, technical project management
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Facilities Management or System Design & Implementation
Preferred
Ability to quickly learn new technology and business logic
Enjoys working on, and with, diversely skilled and focused teams
Familiar with conflict resolution techniques
Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
Experience with iOffice and VergeSense applications
