Job Description : Bridal ConsultantPetals and Promises BridalFull-time Hours: 15 to 37 Hours(Flexible if looking for part-time)Business Hours: Weekdays: 11-6Tuesday: 2-6Saturday: 10-5Must be available to work Fridays & Saturdays.Job Description: Part time/Full Time sales position where consultants are responsible to work the sales floor. Responsibilities include daily maintenance of the store, organizing product, interacting and assisting customers (gown selection, dressing rooms, accessorizing, etc.), and any other duties assigned by management.Applicants must be:Outgoing and FriendlyComfortable communication and connecting with brides to discover their needs in a wedding dressDedicating to providing quality serviceWilling to go above and beyond management expectations to ensure customer satisfactionSales motivatedA team player- Clear communication with co-workers, while being willing to follow and accept instructions.Detail orientedAvailable for at least 1 calendar year.Able to work independently and efficientlyMust have strong work ethicMust be professional in demeanor and appearanceGood basic computer skills.Qualifications: Sales/retail experience is valued but not required.
