Job description:
Identifying end user’s needs, clarify information.
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
Need to make outbound call & International calls (UK, US, Australia)
Should be able to work under high pressure
Had to work in night/rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge should be able to type well.
