Job Description : Chief Administrative Office (CAO) plays a critical role in leading Citi’s Transformation initiatives, which represent the bank’s top priorities globally at an enterprise wide level. The newly established Regulatory & Cross-Enterprise Transformation group will be responsible for providing oversight, standards and central reporting for Citi’s regulatory remediation and cross-company programs. The team will have several Transformation Leads who will lead efforts aligned to Citi’s businesses (ICG, GCB, O&T), functions or critical cross-company priorities, each aligned to a Transformation Program Manager.
This position will be responsible for the operationalization of key metrics and associated analytics in support of the Cross-Enterprise Transformation Portfolio. The metrics will evidence Citi’s progress on the various Transformation efforts as well as highlight improvement in reduction of risk across the firm as a result of the Transformation work initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist team management in establishing tangible KPI’s, reporting metrics and measurements
Prepare reports, dashboards, and other presentations for senior management consumption covering details of metrics to be delivered v/s current state among other analyses
Prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation/analysis of the reported metrics as well as facilitate ad hoc, special requests, etc.
Attention to detail while making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information
Assist in detailed investigation/analysis of a reported metric based on requests from stakeholders and provide detailed qualitative responses
Assist with technology assessment of existing reporting tools and tool selection for each use case; as well as build out capabilities required to enable the reporting and analytics toolkit
Ensure design of reporting and analytical capabilities adhere to Citi Risk and Control requirements
Assess reporting tool performance and look for process efficiencies to be derived from the deployment of these solutions
Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy; and act as SME to stakeholders and /or other team members
Adhere to defined process to drive continuous improvement to processes and functionality
Support management in assessing and enhancing operational controls; and ensure departmental processes and procedures are kept current and up-to date
Overall Experience of 7-9 years in Banking and Financial Services Industry
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline
Proficient in key reporting and analytics capabilities and tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. as well as knowledge of DBMS concepts, SQL would be beneficial
Possess a strong understanding of Data architecture and reporting platform architecture requirements and performance standards
Relevant experience in defining progress/performance KPIs and associate measurements with targets/timelines in a large financial institution
Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in managing large scale projects using Agile
Good project management skills with a track record in driving positive and sustained change including a proactive and ‘no surprises’ approach in communicating issues/requests
Track record of managing internal relationships and demonstrated experience in managing sustained change management efforts
Very good communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) and ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner
Integrity, maturity, dependability along with a positive professional attitude
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively problem solve as well as multi-task effectively and efficiently
