Roles and Responsibilities
Designation : Senior Executive Sea Export Operation
The below will be the main areas where you need to perform :
Handling Free hand Jeena Business and nomination routed business.
Coordination with all concerned for the smooth execution of the shipments i.e Shipper, Buying Houses, Overseas Agents, Transporters, Internal Documentation team, custom Clearance Team, & Warehouse team as per the SOP.
Close coordination with Customs, Custodian, Rail operator for timely movement of Cargo/shipment from Port / ICD to loading ports and follow up with shipping lines for timely sailing of containers on the planned vessels.
Taking approval on local charges from shippers.
Sending pre-alert / schedules to shipper /Buying Houses/ overseas for planned shipment
Updating in-house software (Homyar) for buy, sell rates and all the job formalities needed for planning of sea export shipments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience within Freight Forwarding industry is necessary.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this role requires daily liaison with clients and networking capabilities
Good Numeric and analysis Skills
