Experience in these roles is a plus but, we are also willing to train candidates with superior attitude, competencies, or other relevant experience.The ideal candidate is:* organized and self-motivated team player who is friendly and energetic.* flexible and ready to work in different areas including customer service, shipping, purchasing and quality control when needed.* is adept at using computers and learning new applications.* has an interest/experience with Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs).Skills and ExperienceExcellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening.Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and email.Customer service experience is a plus.Mechanical experience/aptitude is a plus.Shopify experience is a plus.Ability to lift 50 Lbs occasionally and 20 Lbs regularly.ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer sales & service inquiries via phone & email.Follow up on open issues until fully resolved.Face-to-face customer attendant for in-store sales and service visits.Process sales orders.Support other functional processes as needed by REV Rides.Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Wages – DOE- 2 Weeks Paid Time Off- 7 Paid Holidays- Year-end bonus- Employee discount on REV Rides Merch and RidesTo Apply-submit resume &/or cover letterJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
