You’ll need an eye for layout, art, colors, space, flow and messaging. So, you’ll also need to be proficient in Adobe Suite, particularly:Illustrator for Product Branding, Collateral Design, and Display Graphics (trade shows, web pages, etc.)InDesign to create Digital Prints (sales sheets, catalogs, etc.)Additional DutiesPrepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.Plans concept by studying information and materials.Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.Prepares finished copy and art by for printing through printing vendors.Prepares final layout by partnering with internal team members.Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related projects and specified results as needed.Works with multiple departments on various projects as needed.Graphic Designer Qualifications/SkillsStrong graphic design skillsLayout skillsAnalytical skillsCreativityFlexibilityAttention to detailDeadline-orientedDesktop publishing tools and graphic design softwareTime-management skillsCommunication skillsHandles creative differences professionallyEducation and Experience RequirementsHighly proficient at Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopBachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design or equivalent experience (preferred)At least 3+ years of professional experience in graphic designBenefit Conditions:Only full-time employees eligibleCOVID-19 Precaution(s):Follow recommended state guidelinesWork RemotelyFirst 90 days in person at corporate HQ.Depending on projects, there is a possibility of some remote office work and in office work.
