Job Description : WORTH IT counseling+coaching is a small private practice therapy clinic, in Lehi. You would not be responsible for rent and other overhead expenses, and you would not be responsible for billing for your sessions. If this type of opportunity appeals to you, then WORTH IT is an ideal fit.WORTH IT is seeking part-time and/or full-time, fully-licensed therapists, or interns, to join our team. We provide outpatient mental health services. The clinic is open to youth and adult clients. We treat individuals and couples. We specialize in trauma (grief, loss, death, rape, divorce, etc) and relationships (pre-marital, couples, marriage, LGBTQ+, polyamory, etc), and faith transitions.We want our clinic to feel comfortable, safe, and friendly. Our goal is to provide clients with understanding, validation, and solutions. Looking for therapists that are confident in their skills and are easy to talk to.As a clinician with WORTH IT, you will have access to:· office space at no expense to you· clinical support staff to bill for appointments· Supervision for licensure hours, if needed· Flexible schedule (Must have 15+ hours available weekly)· You choose your ideal caseload and the clients you most enjoy working with· Work with fantastic clients ready to make change in their lives· Work with a dynamic and creative group interested in learning, growing, developing their skills and helping individuals and families in their community.· Suggest ideas, help create and market for groups you’d like to run or programs you’d like to develop to further your knowledge on how to work in and run a private practice.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipPay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingFlexible scheduleRetirement planSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:We maintain 6’ distance, clean surfaces frequently, use hand sanitizer, and allow clients to see us through HIPAA complaint software, if they prefer.Ability to commute/relocate:Lehi, UT 84043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
