Job Description : Job descriptionPosition OverviewMaxway is currently seeking Class B CDL Drivers, who are HOME DAILY, to deliver US mail. As a driver we offer:Bonus Programs: Referral Program ($900 paid in installments thought the first year for you and your referral)Performance bonusesBenefits: As an employee of Maxway we offer all our full-time employees’ access to a full range of benefits.Health, Dental, and Vision401k (up to 2% company match)Profit SharingLife InsurancePaid Time OffPaid TrainingSchedule: Various weekend and early morning routes available.Qualifications: CDL drivers with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply immediately:Valid CDL license (Class A preferred)Current DOT Medical card.Clean MVRAble to pass a pre-employment drug screenKey Responsibilities include but not limited to: Post and pre-trip inspectionsSafely maneuver vehicles at all times, obeying traffic laws and road conditions.Ability to safely maneuver truck into loading and unloading position.Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as adding oil, fuel, radiator fluid etc.Load and unload vehicles using proper equipment as provided and or needed.Plan and/or adjust route based on changes or conditions.Communicate effectively with others including but not limited to co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and or customers.The Maxway CompanyMaxway has been in the business for our 50 years and we pride ourselves in treating our employees like family.
