Position : Relationship Executive

Job Description : The Relationship Executive must build and maintain enduring and enriching relationships with existing as well as prospective members of the School.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Responsibilities
Have thorough knowledge of the mission, vision and ethos of the School

Familiarise oneself with the policies of the school and ensure adherence to the same.

Acquaint oneself with the strengths of the School and learn about the various offerings that are unique to the school.

Ensure that one has access to relevant information/reference material to promptly address enquiries.

Maintain and update a record of the calls received on a daily basis

Maintain and update a record of the mails received on a daily basis

Respond to all calls and mails in a timely fashion

Participate in activities and events conducted by the School

Participate in the promotional activities conducted by the School

2. Admissions
A. Pre – Admission
Maintain a record of the enquiries

Assisting walk-in enquiries with the registration process

Attend to online and telephonic enquiries without any delay

Prompt handling and allocation of enquiries

Schedule timely interactions with parents, share relevant information and address queries regarding the school

Share details regarding the ICSE Curriculum and the School Curriculum and assist the parent in making an informed decision

When required, schedule an interaction with the Coordinator to engage in discussion regarding Academics

Prompt follow-up on enquiries via calls and mails

On successful registration of enquiries, organise and accompany parents on School Tours

Arrange interactions with the coordinator for pre-primary admissions and schedule assessments for primary and secondary students

Communicate the interaction/assessment feedback on time

In case a parent requests for the rescheduling of an appointment, coordinate with the concerned persons and schedule a fresh appointment

In case of appointment cancellation, promptly inform the concerned persons

Attend to out-station enquiries and organise virtual interactions

Assist the parent in selecting optional facilities such as transport, etc.

Assist the parent throughout the admission process and ensure all formalities are completed satisfactorily

Once the admission form and necessary documents are submitted, acknowledge the submission and peruse the documents to ascertain accuracy

Follow-up with parents in case of incomplete/inconsistent submissions.

Coordinate with the Accounts Team and facilitate the fee payment process

B. Post Admission
Maintain the admissions register

Scrutinise the documents submitted for admission and ensure the required documents are in place

Manage admission cancellations

Prepare the Admission kits and hand it over to the new admissions

Ensure timely and accurate updation of all enquiry and admission related data on the ERP

Collaborate with the coordinator and ensure smooth transition for mid-term admissions

Assist the Academic Team in conducting orientation for new admissions

Ensure all formalities and allotments for the new admissions are smoothly carried out

When instructed, organise and participate in discussions and meets with the parents

Collect feedback from parents as and when necessary

3. Parent Relations
Maintain a record of the queries and grievances

Address academic and non-academic queries raised by the parent

In case you are unable to address a query, immediately redirect the query to the concerned department and ensure the query is addressed

Address and resolve grievances expressed by parents

Escalate unresolved grievances to the concerned department

Ensure all queries are answered

Ensure all grievances are resolved

Role Requirements
Qualification: Graduation/PostGraduation in any field. (Business Administration/Marketing preferred)

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Teaching/Education Background preferred. Candidates with experience in Marketing preferred. Candidates having experience in ERP handling preferred.

Skills: Computer literacy (Excel knowledge essential), Excellent soft skills, Multitasking, Crisis Management

Qualities: Team player, Persuasive, Assertive, Result oriented
