Must be an excellent communicator and not afraid to take on various tasks to assist in house designer, project manager and office manager as needed.Learn more at: https://www.absoluteconstructionaz.com/The Opportunity: You will be responsible for managing the on-site operations of projects, directing field personnel and maintaining good communication with the subcontractors, architects, engineers, planners, surveyors, inspectors, designers and clients in order to make sure the job is finished on time and within budget. You will also demonstrate leadership skills and will maintain a safe work environment.Responsibilities: Manage day to day trade contractor scheduling and field oversightAssist team with project planning and developing site logisticsAssist Foreman with schedule and oversight of in house self-performing crewEnsure job site safety is maintainedWork closely with Pre-construction and Project Manager team to identify and solve problemsDirect field personnel to achieve completion of the project on scheduleEnsure project is completed on schedule, within budget and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specificationsCoordinate and supervise all construction activitiesEnsure proper signage is posted on the job site, and safety requirements are metQualifications: Previous experience as a Superintendent in residential and/or commercial constructionProven ability to deliver projects on time and on budgetAbility to read and understand Architectural plan sets (all disciplines)Technical understanding of residential and commercial construction including building codes, trade sequencing, and best building practicesAbility to gather information, prepare reports and communicate effectivelyCapable of problem solving and experience in dealing with complex detailed projectsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteJob Type: Full-timePay: $54,763.00 – $133,042.00 per yearWork Location: Multiple Locations
