Job Description : MetTel is seeking a disciplined, organized, experienced Advanced Services Provisioner. We are looking for a self-starter with the drive to succeed and someone who thrives in a highly pressured environment.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, ordering T1 and above circuits for on-net customers as well as resold T1 and above circuits through other wholesale providers, including but not limited to: MCI/Verizon Business, Verizon, Windstream, Megapath, Centurylink and XO. Turning up T1 and above with PBX Vendors, porting DlDs, and configuring internet T1 routers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvision all services, Voice, Data, MPLS, Private Line and VoIP orders including DS-1 and greater servicesCoordinate translation, trunk provisioning and testing to implement VoIP, ISDN, and Data customer ordersProvision and execute the installation, moves, additions, and changesCommunicate with multiple internal and external divisions to provide status of ordersCoordinate with multiple outside vendors to schedule Test and Accept, Turn-Up and PortingManage multiple multi-site customer and corporate projects across multiple product setsManage Circuit, DID, IP Address InventoryProcess and complete orders within strict timeline from Order Date to First BillDesired QualificationsA motivated individual with a minimum of 4-5+ years related experienceAny ILEC/CLEC experience is a plusAbility to coordinate works to meet the deadlinePossess excellent organizational, communication and follow-through skillsAble to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of following is a PLUS:SIP/MPLS/VOIP/EthernetVerizon USOC’s and ProductVerizon Order Processing System (GUI)BellSouth LENs GUIAT&T/SBC LEX GUIQwest IMA GUISprint/Embarq IRES GUIFairpoint GUIDSL Turn-upDirectory Listing AdditionsWhy MetTelMetTel is a leading global provider of integrated digital communications solutions for enterprise customers.
