Job Description : The Talent Acquisition Partner for IT & Tech teams will focus on Recruitment in niche skill areas from an IT, Tech, Cybersecurity and Analytics Perspective.
The role holder will be responsible for:
Ensuring the Service function (s) talent needs are met as per defined timelines & SLAs
Proactive and reactive sourcing of candidates ranging from Tech leadership to junior levels from different channels – Job Boards, Social Media, Consultants, Referrals etc.
Pipelining of talent for niche skill areas like Cloud, Cybersecurity, Analytics, Product Management etc
Ensuring a great candidate experience for talent across complete Talent Acquisition cycle from sourcing to onboardin
Adoption of new age hiring techniques – online sourcing, hiring challenges, hackathons etc to be able to better attract and select candidates across Digital skill
Driving visibility of Adani Group as an employer of choice among Digital talent
Stakeholder Management and Talent Acquisition MIS
Qualifications
Should be a Masters in Human Resource Management with at least 5 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Should have a strong understanding of Sourcing Techniques – Social media, Job Boards, Github etc
Should have good understanding of Talent Pipelining.
Should have managed difficult stakeholders and difficult situations
Should be adept at using Data Analytics and quantitaitve techniques for Driving decision making.
