Job Description : We are looking for a patient care coordinator for our beautiful office in Heber City. We are a one-doctor practice focused on quality and excellent customer service. This job position is the face and voice that greets our patients, so excellent phone, problem solving, and people skills are a must. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and who can make every patient feel appreciated.The hours are 7:50 am – 5:30pm Monday-Thursday. We never work Fridays or weekends. You will be responsible for helping patients make and change appointments, collecting and entering insurance information, presenting treatment plans to patients, and collecting money.We have the best patients, and a no-drama team to work with.
