Job Description : The JobAs you know, in marketing there is what you create, where you initially publish it, and then how you drive traffic to it.We’re looking for an in-house full-time content amplifier that knows how to position, create, publish marketing assets and knows how to organically and creatively amplify that content across the web to drive traffic. This person will also run our YouTube channel, including strategy, creating videos, publishing, and promotion.This is a full-time in-house position. You will need to be available during business hours from a location of your choice most of the week and work at least one or two days a week here at the office in South Salt Lake City, UT. (The first few weeks at the office all week and then transitioning to more remote work as you desire.)We have a great content team and are playing and winning the content game. The person in this position will grow our content channels to drive sales and find additional ways to get more eyeballs on all we are producing.YouThe best candidates for this position are full of fresh ideas and can think bigger than just fulfilling a certain number of posts each day on our social media channels. They are hard-working, self-starters, can meet deadlines, crank out quality content, and love working on a variety of projects with other team members.We are looking for someone who knows how important it is to not only create useful content but then knows a variety of methods for finding our target market and getting that content in front of them all over the internet.Some experience managing social media is required. We would like to see examples of your work.You will need to know how to work with our other in-house team members to coordinate campaigns and meet your deadlines.We will need you to write an article or two each week for our site. You will find topics that will spread well on Pinterest and the other social networks and then write on them for our blog, each week.Do you have a constant need to digest the latest marketing best practices… learn about and try the latest released social platform features? Do you want to work with others that do?
