Your role::
Assist in all aspects of the investigation and management of provider credentialing related processes to ensure compliance of company credentialing standards
Stay current with industry federal/state regulations and research questions and problems
Participate in hiring, training, development, and retention of the internal credentialing team
Conduct regularly scheduled one-on-one/side by side meetings with direct reports, geared towards building trusting relationship, enhance awareness, support, and accountability
Constantly maintaining the current state of your business as it relates to team and individual productivity. Responsible for ongoing business to assure adherence to ethical performance and a quality based work environment
Contribute to a positive culture, by living the CHG Core Value behaviors of Putting People First, Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Quality and Professionalism and Growth every day in every interaction and decision
Create and drive short-term and long-term goals that fit within the team strategy
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with each sales team to review provider files that are in process and/or scheduled to work to discuss credentialing status; alerting them of any concerns that may impact the file completion or start date
Responsible for communicating the key aspects of credentialing to the Director/Sr. Director of CSS
Creates an environment in which direct reports are motivated to remain within the organization
Other duties as assigned by management
Your qualifications::
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
Accurately type 50 wpm
Experience with MS Word, Excel and/or database applications
Excellent follow-up and follow through skills
Work effectively with other managers towards accomplishing business plan goals
Strong interpersonal skills
Efficiently manage large amounts of information and documentation
Integrate individual efforts for team objectives and goals
Persuade, influence, and educate co-workers, health care providers and clients in a positive, professional manner, in order achieve desired results
Work independently and with little supervision
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, while exercising strong delegation skills
Follow direction of team Sr. Director, and Sr. Management personnel.
Good problem-solving abilities
College level education or equivalent work experience, preferably in the healthcare field
Minimum of three years’ experience in a leadership position preferred
Minimum of two years’ experience in the service industry where quality work, ability to meet and exceed deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction are a metric for success
