Job Description:
Proactively monitors project status and communicates with stakeholders, team, and management about potential scope changes and other issues
Genuinely enjoys interacting with clients and are kind, patient and respectful in all communication with them.
Comfortable in running meetings: creating agendas, taking notes, directing conversations and discussing budgets, timelines, and tasks
Embraces using data to identify risks and opportunities when defining project requirements.
Understand requirements; prepare proper documentation with the help of pre-sales team and estimate efforts for pre-sales and post sales phases.
Coordinate with HR & other management for overall performance issues of team members
Fit into the role of Scrum Master.
