Everyone is welcome at our camp.ABOUT THE POSITION: Seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager who will join the Gathr Outdoors Camp Segment working on the Klymit, Rightline Gear, and Cascadia Vehicle Tents brands. You will be responsible for leading and executing social media strategy across all platforms and brands. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding and experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Tiktok. Additionally, you have experience working with influencers and an influencer management platform. We’re looking for an excellent copywriter who is up-to-date and immersed in today’s quickly changing social media trends.The ideal Social Media Manager knows how to balance working quickly with working strategically, has a positive attitude, can effectively manage many different projects, thrives working on a team and in a high pressure environment, and is comfortable working for a rapidly growing camp segment with an entrepreneurial spirit.RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead organic social media marketing strategy for Klymit, Rightline Gear and Cascadia Vehicle Tents across all channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.Lead planning and publishing for social calendars across all platforms, aligning with brand objectivesCreate content and posts that adhere to individual brand personalities and guidelinesMonitor all social media channels and reply to comments and direct messages on behalf of the brand dailyOwn channel KPIs, proactively developing strategies and executing initiatives to drive growth. Deliver regular reports around social content performance and drive increased engagement and followers across all channels.Understand and consider industry and channel trendsRun the social media influencer programs for Klymit, Rightline Gear and Cascadia Vehicle TentsDevelop monthly and weekly analytic reports with recommendations based on performanceIdentify and build relationships with new partners and influencers to increase brand awareness on social channelsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years of related experience in social media, content, or brand marketingExperience running an influencer marketing platform and a social media analytics and scheduling platformA passion for social media and community managementStrong people skills — you are collaborative, an active listener, with a positive mindsetEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in marketing or related fieldWHAT WE OFFER: An energetic, active work lifePaid vacationHealth & Dental insuranceAmazing gear discount and pro-deal access to many other outdoor brandsOpportunities to get outside while on the jobPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer, etc. as well as having the ability to remain in a stationary position most of the time.Must be able to communicate effectively through multiple forms of technology (including Social Media Platforms) with telephone and computer.
