Coming Summer 2022 to Kaysville, UT, Barre Forte is looking to hire a social media specialist to develop and grow Barre Forte Kaysville’s social media presence. We follow the foundational principles of barre by isolating, overloading, and stretching each muscle group one by one, resulting in improved strength, posture, and balance.Not only will barre transform your body, but this low impact workout is also a popular cross-training option for athletes looking for ways to prevent injury and improve performance.We value our staff and love to work hard and play hard. Barre Forte Kaysville is the first Barre Forte location in Utah. This is an exciting time to join the team and be a part of building the Barre Forte community in Davis County and Utah. This is an hourly, mostly remote position with occasional work required in-studio. Candidates must be local to Davis County or immediate surrounding areas (Weber County and Salt Lake County). At hire, a number of weekly hours and an in-studio schedule will be agreed upon based on candidate availability and studio needs.Experience & Qualifications: Excellent organization and communication skillsProficient in Adobe Creative SuiteSharp attention to detailPersonable and professionalBA/BS preferred; some college required (experience can be substituted for the right candidate)At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in social media marketing preferredAbility to work a flexible scheduleReliable transportation to get to/from studio – this position is mostly remote but will require occasional work in-studio (for example, meetings with owners)A passion for health and fitness (and spreading the love to others!) is a plusEssential Responsibilities: Lead the studio’s social media marketing efforts in coordination with the Barre Forte leadership teamPlan and schedule brand-relevant and thoughtful content for publishing across all platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokCreate social media content, including text and graphic design, to drive client engagement and brand discoveryGrow social media visibility across all social media platforms over timeCollaborate with the Barre Forte team on marketing videos, campaigns, promos, launches, and eventsSupport influencer and other VIP outreach initiativesStay up to date on social media marketing trends and technologyTrack and create summary reports of analytic dataOther duties as assignedRequired License or Certification: Driver’s licenseBenefits: Free studio membershipEmployee discount on retailFlexible scheduleInternship credit (if approved by college/university)If you are interested in joining the Barre Forte family, please send a brief cover letter, introducing yourself and explaining your interest in the position, a resume, and a portfolio of social media and/or graphic design layouts.
