Job Description : This is an ENTRY LEVEL positionProspecting accounts in order to gain new businessMaintain ongoing positive interactions with all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.Establish connections with former accounts in order to resume a business relationshipServe as lead point of contact for all customer account executive needsParticipate in team training and collaboration sessions that focus on growing our business in the local regionContinue to expand the need for our services through education, awareness, and market development to provide sustained growth.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through face to face meetingsCollaborate with Management team to identify and grow opportunities in the Boise areaClient Representative – Qualifications:Comfortable face-to-face with clients and potential clients.Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Full training is provided for those without prior experience.Comfort selling services and educating potential clients on our services (training provided).Ability to relay information clearly and accurately to clients, customers, and team members.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to maintain professional behavior and image while dealing with clients.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
