The Customer Sales & Service consulting team is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales and services department. As part the team, you will provide transformation services across key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer.
You will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build, and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. As part of these, you will drive the following:
Business processes and platform knowledge: Work in high-paced and complex projects and understand industry-specific customer service processes, operations, and functional needsIndustry best practices: Ensure ICM (Varicent) best practices are followed during development of Incentive Compensation solutionsRisk mitigation and issue resolution: Thorough skills to manage stakeholder expectations and be engaging in resolving issues and risks for the success of the projectDesign and delivery: Strong and well-established record of accomplishment in ICM (Varicent) solutioning

Assess and adapt: Study the usefulness of pre-developed designs and adapt them to changes in business needs.SOP Development: Document, and revise system SOP’s (procedures), define test procedures and quality standards.Make the platform better: Review and analyze applications, including performance results, to provide enhancement recommendations and process improvements.Stakeholder Management: Regularly inform clients of the progress of your investigation and ensure that all related records are properly updated. Along with cross collaboration with developers and peers during different stages of the ICM solutioning
Good to have Certifications: Varicent v10 and above certifications

Your experience counts!
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Incentive Compensation domain
• Experience in implementing Varicent, a leading commissions software application, across different industries
• Experience in designing and implementing key business processes in the domain of incentive compensation
• Adept at performing business analysis and problem solving and has ability to think through problems creatively
