Job Description : Core Responsibilities
The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Meeting Support team member , located in Quincy, USA, is responsible for supporting the Cybersecurity governance lead by preparing and maintaining committee presentation materials, arranging meetings and organizing meeting records for the various risk committees and working groups.
Key Responsibilities:
As GCS Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Reporting Lead you will:
Design and produce reports/dashboards on GCS Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Report on GCS active exception status – (near expiration/expired), as well as the status of key initiatives and critical remediation activities including audits, CATs, TPRM, MRI, MRIA etc..
Manage GCS-related risk acceptance requests by monitoring workflow, obtaining risk assessments and documenting results
Engage with Enterprise Risk Management to develop reporting on the status of ETRM risk acceptance requests reviewed and/or approved by GCS and/or Global Cyber Risk Committee
Summarize governance, risk and compliance activities, GCS Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other risk metrics
Non-Negotiable / Core Skills
Over all 8-10 years of which 2-5 years’ experience in financial services industry with knowledge and understanding of risk management, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
Proven project management and reporting experience and the ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated expertise with reporting applications, report and dashboard design
Detailed working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel,
