ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible’s Content Partnerships team manages our most coveted entertainment content relationships. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day communications with our external entertainment content partners while evangelizing partner needs across internal teams. You’ll be responsible improving the overall health of current content partnerships and for increasing the growth and success of potential, future entertainment content partnerships, all while bringing our most exciting audio projects to the ears of Audible listeners.

As a Content Partnerships Director, you will…
Act as day-to-day liaison to key entertainment content partners by building strong relationships that help them achieve their goals and release the best audio possible across Audible.Develop, engage, and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with external key entertainment partners.Evaluate, communicate, represent, and apply key entertainment partners’ needs across internal Audible departments and processes.Liaise, communicate, and deliver on end-to-end partner needs with Audible’s key stakeholders across Legal, Operations, Marketing, PR, Studios, Content Services, Editorial, Merchandising, Programming, Product, Finance Business Intelligence, etc. to facilitate both partner and Audible success.Build, manage, and deliver key partnership best practices (and corresponding collateral) to ensure success.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a business environment with a background in account management, talent management, marketing/campaign management, partnership management, business development, or audio development and production.College degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven success working in content partnerships, account management, entertainment partnerships, brand partnerships, or audio development and production.Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express thoughts sensitively and effectively.Proven decision making and problem-solving skills.10+ years of experience in a business environment with a background in account management, talent management, marketing/campaign management, partnership management or business development.MBA or MA degree equivalent.Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams under aggressive deadlines.Ability to handle the ‘hands-on’ day-to-day management of tasks, resolution of problems and issues and experience in implementing action plans to meet objectives while remaining positive and calm under pressure.Self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced environment.
