Overall Responsibilities
Our goal is to ensure that our technologies work in harmony with each employee, whether that’s an intern, full-time employee, contractor or high-level executive
Serving as the lead, you will assist the other Helpdesk technicians, you will analyze information customization, and usage of assigned products to determine the best way to resolve their problem
You will also assist with training and development of your team to ensure the highest level of end user satisfaction
Qualifications
3+ years of Helpdesk lead experience
Proven leader to train and develop members of the team
Able to quickly acknowledge, align and resolve a variety of complex technical issues asked by end users in a timely manner
Knowledgable and capable to support a range of Apple and Windows products included MacOS, Windows, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Okta
Experience administering software such as Google, Workspace, Okta, MDM’s (Jamf, Intone, etc) is preferred
