Job Responsibilities:-
Ensuring smooth and flawless operations of company IT assets also maintain records for the same.
Assisting the management in development of new software / up- gradation of existing software.
Monitoring of CCTV cameras of Head office, Ware house and site locations and give proper report of CCTV to Management also ensure proper backup of records.
Need to ensure that all CCTV cameras work 24*7 and if any camera have any issue then need to inform management within 2 hours.
Monitoring and ensuring timely renewal of licenses required for IT assets.
Ensuring complete data integrity and security is maintained at all times.
Running regular check on data and network security.
Take timely back up of all systems and maintain proper records.
Designing training programs and workshops for staff also identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
