We are currently hiring Full-Time Hand Packers (Light Packaging) for 3rd shift at our Front Royal, VA location.

Job Duties:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Follow all Food Safety and Safety Procedures and Rules
Hand packing freshly baked products such as crackers.
Understanding/Performing Different Packaging Configurations
Other assigned duties, as needed.
Duties may be repetitive in nature and require
Lifting 20-30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Work requires attention to detail and following detailed instructions accurately.
This is a physically demanding job with repetitive work
Job Requirements:
Must be available to work 3rd Shift (11:00 PM-7:00 AM).
Must be available to work overtime as needed.
Preferred candidates will have previous demonstrated manufacturing/industrial experience – preference in food/baking industry
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be comfortable to lift up to 30-50 pounds repetitively
Flexibility working on some weekends
Must be comfortable to work in food manufacturing environment allows you to stand for longer hours on your feet.
