In addition, our volunteers, staff, members and donors are all united by a deep commitment to continually strengthen Chester County.Job Title: Payroll and Ceridian Administrator (Remote)Branch: Association Office (Remote)Location: West Chester, PAShifts/Availability: Full-Time, ExemptSalary Range: $60,000-$70,000About the YMCA of Greater Brandywine: The YMCA of Greater Brandywine (YGBW), an association of eight YMCAs serving Chester County, is a non-profit organization committed to nurturing the potential of every child, promoting healthy living and fostering social responsibility through life-changing programs for all.Position Purpose: The Payroll & Ceridian Administrator – Full-time coordinates the payroll processes for the Association. This position assists with other Ceridian administration, Human Resource and Finance Office functions as requested and facilitates smooth workflow within the department while maintaining complete professionalism and confidentially at all times.Responsibilities: Process and commit bi-weekly payroll for the AssociationPerform various payroll module/timesheet reconciliations and auditsMaintain security and confidentiality of all payroll recordsPerform quarterly and annual payroll processes including W2 processing and related tax filingsRemit employee garnishments and retirement withholding bi-weeklyMaintain organizational structure, including manager/department assignments, payroll change information and forms workflowTrain new Managers on Dayforce timesheets, scheduling and approvalsPrepare ad-hoc payroll related analysis as requested from Senior ManagementPerform other payroll-related duties as assignedQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience requiredThree to five years of related experience in payrollComprehensive knowledge of computerized, database softwareHighly Proficient in Microsoft ExcelAbility to judge current operating systems and make improvements as necessaryAbility to motivate others, while being a team player in a collaborative environmentMust be fluent in spoken and written EnglishObtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hireBenefits: The YMCA of Greater Brandywine currently offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a free YMCA family membership, free employee medical insurance on select plans with minimal cost dental and vision insurance along with a generous employer contribution to the retirement savings plan.
