Our Employment Connections Division is currently recruiting for a Statewide Program Operator to provide leadership for our Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Programs. This position is available for telework and will serve as the primary subject matter expert for the RESEA program. Developing expertise in all Employment Connections (EC) programs and WIOA supported programs, including Integrated Service Delivery. You will work in tandem with other system Program Operators and fully support the Customer-First model. Aligning and implementing service delivery strategies that integrate and leverage various program resources to strengthen services for customers. RESEA focuses on the reemployment needs of UI claimants.

Duties
As a Statewide Program Operator you will provide leadership, coordination and direct the implementation of the RESEA program, special projects and improvement initiatives assigned under Title Ill of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Including, but not limited to, rural community and upward mobility initiatives, apprenticeship pathways, and initiatives designed to prepare workers for the impact of Al, globalization, and the shifting of manufacturing industries will have on the future labor market.

What a typical day looks like:
Support and encourage use of co-enrollment for RESEA program participants to reduce duplicative and administrative activities providing a more positive customer experience.
Serve as subject matter expert, at the expert level, for RESEA program and serve as support to other EC programs as needed.
Responsible for the interpretation, implementation and application of state and federal laws, agency policy and agency procedures.
Partnering with field staff to develop processes that improve internal and external services to meet program objectives/outcomes, achieve WIOA integrated service principles and ensure services provided meet customer’s needs.
Provide real-time, on-going staff training to field staff to include selection of and participation in the development of a multi-faceted training system to include in person, on-line, mentors, and video options.

Qualifications
Required: Qualified candidates will have one (1) or more of the following experiences and/or education.
Option 1: A combination of education and/or relevant experience not less than nine (9) years of Program experience in managing staff in a diverse, multi-functional, customer-focused service delivery environment.
Option 2: Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in managing staff in a diverse, multi-functional, customer-focused service delivery environment.
Option 3: Master’s degree and three (3) years of experience in managing staff in a diverse, multi-functional, customer-focused service delivery environment.

Additional Requirement of Employment:
Must be able to pass an Unemployment Insurance (UI) Claim & Benefit Information Review.
