Position : Real Estate Photographer and 3D/Matterport Creatives
Job Description : We’re looking for photographers and 3D creatives in the Phoenix, Arizona area to shoot listings of residential properties. Flexible schedule to fit within your work week. We’re looking for someone who has a great eye for detail, is responsible, personable, and can provide both real estate photography and 3D scans, such as with Matterport or Ricoh cameras.
Shoots are typically 1 – 3 hours and pay varies depending on property size and the package purchased by the client. It typically ranges from $85 – $200 per appointment and can be more for larger square footage. Feel free to let us know your pricing for 3D. No editing! We take care of all of the post production, marketing, customer service, scheduling and billing, so you don’t have to. You would be responsible for high quality shooting and electronically delivering the files at the end of the day.
Flexible schedule. Shoots typically occur during the work week, Mon – Fri but could include weekends, depending on your availability. Just set your availability on the calendar we provide.

Requirements:
DSLR with high quality wide angle lens (17mm minimum lens for Full Frame cameras or 12mm minimum lens for Crop sensor cameras)
A DSLR with the ability to bracket 3 to 5 exposures
Professional tripod
360 Camera (Matterport or Ricoh)
Computer/Laptop with fast, reliable internet
Professional, courteous, reliable, and open to feedback!
Videography skills are a plus, but not required
