You will be passionate about our Core Values and our commitment to making sure that we are incorporating our values in every aspect of our Corporate culture.SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator, who will play a critical and multi-faceted role in a fast-growing company, and support a wide range of human resources, administrative, and business-related tasks. You will be responsible for scheduling, phone screening, , interviewing, ATS management, external sourcing, and other recruitment coordination related tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is articulate, self-motivated and possesses a strong desire to pursue a career in recruitment and human resources..ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Responsible daily for heavy, high volume in-person interviews and phone screens·Calendar is expected to show a daily full schedule of candidate appointments·Must meet weekly interview / screening targets, HR metrics on a weekly basis· Will partner with a team of Recruiters to schedule phone and in-person interviews based on the immediate needs and help anticipate specific skillset based on new business trends· May work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure a close partnership between Recruiting and various departments·Own candidate experience; ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process·Assist with operational responsibilities including onboarding new hires, completing new hire orientations, and making sure that new hire has completed all the requirements in relation to new hire paperwork, mandated training, etc.·Assist with data maintenance via our HRIS (i.e. Winteam)·Handle incoming calls and other communications·Review/Use ASANA on a daily basis·Support the team with a variety of HR related tasks and projects on an ad-hoc basis.·Other duties may be assignedCOMPETENCIES/SKILLS: – Organizational Skills & Time Management- Ethical Conduct- Technical Capacity- Stress Management- Attention to detail and high level of accuracyREQUIREMENTS: · High School Diploma (College preferred)· Fluent in Spanish (required)· Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint· You have endless amounts of energy and have extraordinary attention to detail· You have at least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator, admin, or intern (Preferred)· You have had experience scheduling interviews and/or calendaring (Highly Preferred)· Ability to handle large volumes of varied tasks/data and react positively in a fast-paced environment· Analytical and creative – capable of flexing solutions to changing demands. You are looking for a chance to initiate (or continue) your career in the Recruiting field· You have a sense of urgency (and a sense of humor!)Physical Demands: Will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.Environmental Conditions: The incumbent is located in a busy, open area office. The incumbent is faced with constant interruptions and must meet with others on a regular basis.Sensory Demands: The incumbent must spend long hours in intense concentration.
