Position : Regional Preschool Director
Job Description : We are seeking a Regional Director to expand our regional team. The position is for a growing multi-unit franchise owner that will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted in early childhood education and child care services to families we serve. We are seeking an individual who is energetic, organized, a problem solver, and possesses great communication skills. This individual needs to be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the success of our next generation.This is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged school age.Primary Responsibilities:Provide superior customer service to all external and internal customersObserves all rules and regulations at the school and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of childrenAssumes responsibility to manage operation of the school in the Director’s absenceAssists the Directors with the necessary management responsibilities to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost controlKnowledge of and adheres to employment laws and compliance issues related to those laws.Assists in keeping school physically well kept, attractive, and safeProvides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children’s behaviorAbility to perform all of the essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to, other leadership team positions, teacher, food service teacher, and bus driver.Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Employee HandbookAssists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessaryDesired skills and experience:Must meet requirements of local child care regulatory agencyA degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field, and/or at least two years’ work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood program preferredExperience in management, business, and/or public relations preferredMust be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situationsPrimrose Offers: Excellent Advancement OpportunitiesEmployee DiscountsHealth InsuranceSmoke-free Work EnvironmentFree On-duty Meals401(k) with Company Match and pension planCompetitive PayDirect DepositPerformance BonusProfit SharingPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTOJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
