With revenues of over £1 billion, CDW UK is a leading supplier of IT solutions and services to a broad range of commercial and public sector customers globally.What you’ll* do: *Liaising with all other CDW departments and functions to ensure excellence in all actions with clients and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfactionTo develop, grow and maintain professional working relationships with all internal stakeholdersTo take a genuine interest in CDW’s client’s business and a responsibility for their continued spending levels and growthProduction of quotations in response to client enquiriesUtilise knowledge of CDW’s capability to best serve the Indian client baseWork with key vendors and partners as required to develop opportunities and relationships in existing clientsCreate and maintain sound understanding of Vendor promotions and special bid process, deal registration process and channel rules of engagementTo collaborate with Credit and Sales Operations on disputed invoices. Responsible for supporting alignment and resolution, in addition to identifying proactive means to avoid future occurrences.To collaborate with Inventory Management on inventory disputes. Responsible for supporting alignment and resolution, in addition to identifying proactive means to avoid future occurrences.To collaborate with Sales Finance team to resolve finance based queries.
