Northrop Grumman Space Systems sector is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting the Strategic Deterrent Systems Security team.
This position will be located in Roy, UT. Duties may include, but will not be limited to:Processing sensitive personnel information to ensure timely access to program dataCoordinating corrections with personnel and answering questions pertaining to the forms and processesProviding metricsProcessing information and data for access control OneBadge recordsSupporting briefings and meetings; printing badges and ID cards for employees, contractors and visitorsInputting data into security databases to update and maintain records for employees as well as visitors (to include incoming and outgoing DoD visits)Completing daily logs and monthly metric reports pertinent to Badge and Visitor ControlDocument ControlEscorting of uncleared NG employees and vendors for required repairs or preventative maintenance.Participates in preparations for all Customer and self-inspections.Supporting security staff in continuous efforts to ensure compliance with established company, government and customer regulations, policies and proceduresSupporting additional security processes when necessary
Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma and 5 years of experience in security, administration, or operationsActive Final Secret clearance with a background investigation date within 6 years and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) accessTeam player with excellent and demonstrated personal accountabilityMust have the ability to prioritize your work and multi-task with assistance provided when neededProficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookMust have excellent oral and written communication skills and a self-starter attitude
Preferred QualificationsExperience processing Special Access Program (SAP) access paperwork (i.e. Personnel Security Questionnaires, Program Access Requests, etc.)Working knowledge of ESIS-SIMSWorking knowledge of JPAS/DISSWorking knowledge of the JADE databaseUnderstanding and knowledge of government regulations, corporate security policies and guidelines
Salary Range: $50,500 USD – $84,100 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
