Position : Talent & Culture Executive
Job Description : Main Duties:
Responsible for day to day administration of the department.
Responsible for Attendance management of employees and determining the payable days for all employees on a monthly basis.
Maintaining leave records of all employees and leave management as per the pre-determined leave policy of the hotel.
Sending updated Leave balances to all department heads on a monthly basis by the 2nd of each month
Biometric registration of all new employees.
Weekly circulation of attendance reports to all department heads and follow-up for discrepancies, if any.
Updating payroll and attendance masters on a regular basis.
Checking & validating the attendance of contractual / outsourced employees so as to ensure accurate pay outs to the contractors.
To ensure adherence / compliance of relevant legal statues/returns are maintained.
Maintenance and updating of all employees Personal files.
Compensation and Benefits
Manage HR computer systems to effectively manage payroll.
Ensure that all Change of Status is appropriately affected in the system so as to ensure accurate payroll reporting
Manage leave liability in accordance with established policy following the scheduler system.
Take an active involvement in the Welfare, Safety, Development and Well-being of employees providing advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming, positive guest interaction and respect shown to colleagues for all employees under your supervision.
Prudently balance the management of resources and standards of service to meet the financial goals of the hotel and the guest expectations levels of our guests.
Respond to changes as dictated by hotel, industry and company.
Exercise responsible management and positively representing the hotel management team and Accor India.
