Position : User Experience Designer
Job Description : Role
Innovify is seeking an excellent User Experience Designer, who is passionate about developing amazing user experiences across multiple viewports and enjoys solving complex problems using user-focused approach and putting those solutions into action whilst working in a team.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Owner to understand client requirement and design appropriate user experiences.
Be able to analyse User Journeys and identify gaps and come up with solutions.
Use common UX approaches – user personas, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping while creating the designs for the system.
Prepare proper hand-offs for the developer so that the design to development transition is smooth.
Create compelling visual design and interaction design.
Participate in the design team’s process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing and scheduling.
Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Key Skills
Intermediate to Advanced (2-3) years of knowledge of using Sketch as a digital design tool.
Knowledge about web and app development as we as do design handovers.
Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Prepare proper hand-offs for the developer so that the design to development transition is smooth.
Strong understanding of design systems.
Hands on skills on new technologies and tools in the market like sketch, zeplin, alive via behance, dribble etc.
Strong portfolio to support his/her work
Education & Experience
Good communication skills and extrovert.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Openness to learn new concepts.
Attention to details.
Take own initiatives to achieve own goals.
Good self-organising & time management skills.
