JOB SUMMARY
In the world of e-commerce, where scale is critical, data is the only way to make informed strategic decisions. We pride ourselves on being data-driven in continuous attempts to grow, evolve, and remain ahead of the market.
As an AVP – Process Excellence, you will research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of our existing processes (including people, process, technology and data aspects) and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems and processes. The job requires you to interact with different stakeholders, analyze & document processes, identify gaps in existing processes and review requirements with stakeholders.
This is an IC role, which reports directly to the co-founder.
This role is based out of India and is a 100% remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be required to identify and document current processes (including people, process, technology, and data aspects), analyze them, and suggest a future state and have a buy in from the different internal stakeholders.
You will help the organization in change management by suggesting change management strategies and suggesting models for the same. You will also provide role-based change documents to help the users in adoption.
You would need to understand the business drivers and identify the areas which would benefit most from the implementation including ROI.
You would need to create scalable end-to-end business processes and improve the overall quality and efficiency of operations within the team.
Conduct frequent process audits to analyze the gaps and drive adherence to the defined processes
Lead process transformation or re-engineering workshops with all stakeholders
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Ability and experience in writing and documenting complex workflow documents
Position requires successful leadership experience in process/program management and facilitation of cross-functional teams in business operations and process improvement areas
Experience and knowledge of process improvement tools, methods, and techniques
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives including lean, six sigma, problem solving methodology
Clear thinking and logical with an ability to deal with ambiguity
Must display fine attention to detail – successfully completes tasks requiring deep attention to a high volume of detailed information with the ability to build quality process into job functions
Thrive and adapt quickly in a fast paced ever-evolving culture
Have strong communication skills – both written and oral
Subscribe to a mentality of work hard, stay positive and implement feedback
Ability to perform in a remote working environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Management Degree from a top 20 business school.
Ideally suited for 2016 / 2017 / 2018 / 2019 batch graduates
