We are looking for a candidate to be a strategic advisor to the IDC leadership team and help lead key cross-organization initiatives working closely with multiple senior leaders as well as external partners. Ideal candidate will be a thought leader possessing strong leadership qualities, inter-personal skills and with a detail-oriented, organized and analytical approach.
Responsibilities
Strategy development working with the IDC Leadership team
Drive cross-organizational initiatives and special projects, critical to IDC success
Ensure excellence in business management, operations and employer branding in partnership with the leadership team and the broader organization
