Job Description : We are looking for someone to be our key representative for the public as well as local businesses. This person would have a variety of responsibilities ranging from hosting small, public events at our cafe, to representing Ritual at local events, as well as collaborating with other businesses for events. For the right candidate, this could be a fun and exciting career opportunity where you get to help a small, grassroots business grow as well as engage with the community.Job DescriptionDevelop an outreach strategy that maximizes impact and incomeMeeting with local businesses and establishing a meaningful repertoire.Planning and hosting events at our cafes in Park City and Heber.Collaborating with local companies to host fun events and create long term relationships.Planning logistics for events in and out of the state (farmers markets → trade shows)Demos at local retail locations.Bonus for the creation of new wholesale accounts.Skills Sought Knowledge of our brand and eager to learn more in order to teach othersLocal knowledge and understandingStrong writing and communication skillsStrong organizational skillsBackground in the food industry is a plusBasic computer skillsApplicant CharacteristicsOutgoing and personableSelf sufficient, with the ability to plan and carry out community outreach and event tasksA willingness and drive to multi-task, do different things and have a changing schedule depending on the day and seasonEager to learn and eager to educate othersHours: Full Time, variable schedule based on event datesYear Round: This is a long term, year round position.Compensation Start out hourly at $20/hr.
