You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and are likely an early or mid-career professional with recruiting and HR experience, eager to tackle your next adventure.
Job Description:
Directing operations at Blue Raven Solar is dynamic and fast-paced. You will be asked to help us solve our most pressing problems. Current challenges include:
Scale existing operations 40% in 2022 while expanding to 5-8 new metro areas
Build out software, staffing, and strategy to install batteries at scale
Split off training and quality program from existing departments in order to standardize and operationalize current best practices
Automate 30% of existing phone calls
Help homeowners prepare for the future by saving thousands of dollars on unnecessary power bills. Help us change the world by reducing our reliance on traditional power sources and replacing it with clean, abundant, renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
Meet cycle time and quality expectations (best in industry)
Build process, systems and people to support sales growth of 40% next year
Creatively and tenaciously solve the most pressing problems in a hypothesis-based, top-down, linear way
Develop frontline, team leads, managers and senior managers
Recruit and hire a high-potential A-player twice per year
Support high quality candidate evaluation and hiring in your area
Meet or exceed budget
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree, MBA or equivalent degree preferred
4-7 years of management experience in a fast-paced, critical-thinking, continuous improvement environment
Excellent project management, organizational and critical thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Excel proficiency
Great attitude, a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as they come and a sense of humor
Compensation:
Direct compensation depends on experience; approximate range of $110-$150K/year with bonus
Generous SPWR stock program
