Conducting on-site as well as off-site monitoring of the business/ project, analyze, evaluate the project financially.
Continuous tracking of aspects like Government regulations, international sector developments, etc. which may have material impact on the subject company /industry/ sector, all approvals and clearances, price escalation in capital items or raw materials etc.
Assessment of risks that may hinder the financial health, safety and security of the organization.
Evaluation of the existing risk management policies and protocols.
Identification of root causes of the incipient stress in the account and remedial measure.
Monitoring of the purchases, inventory build-up, monitor the actual operations (production / supplies etc.) vis-a-vis projections, verification of high value transaction/ payment, verification of evidence of end use of facilities to company and its utilization, inspection/ verification of stocks/ book debts, source of margin money for working capital etc.
Performing variance analysis /reviews and other financial analysis
