We are looking for a hyper-creative, impact-oriented, enthusiastic team member to help guide and elevate our digital and traditional marketing efforts.
The Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Do you read Google analytics reports for fun? Most importantly, do you want to see your uber-tactical, hyper-innovative, genius digital marketing strategies help effect positive change in the world?
If your answer is yes, we may have the job for you. We are looking for an innovative, tactical, self-starter who is hungry to help our partners and our work in impact reach maximum amplification on a global level. This is a new role for the Center, so you will help to define what digital marketing in impact can mean to our organization and to the impact space on a global scale.
We can offer growth opportunities in leadership and overall compensation and you’ll start at an annual salary of between $65,000 and $75,000.
As a key member of the marketing, communications, and storytelling team, the digital marketing manager will guide the overall strategic planning and execution of marketing efforts for the Center and collaborate on external projects. The marketing manager will be responsible for the project management and implementation of tactical marketing initiatives for the Center. This includes evaluating client needs, conceptualizing creative marketing ideas, market research, digital marketing and media buying, search engine optimization, website analysis, event promotions, social media management, market and audience research, identifying potential new markets, coordinating with strategic partnerships, and developing fresh advertising ideas with the team.

Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIESTrack the effectiveness of content and paid-advertising to support overall organizational growth goals.Apply search engine optimization techniques to increase targeted web traffic for business development.Optimize digital marketing strategies for lead generation in targeted markets and project-focused promotions.Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media.Develop marketing materials as needed for business development.Manage social media channels.Work in support of project marketing and promotional goals.Support organizational efforts to improve brand consistency and awarenessDevelop and sustain strong working relationships with internal personnel across all functions of the organization, cross-culturallyParticipate in weekly meetings; prepare agendas and minutes as needed.Work to promote convenings and large events for growth in registrations and sponsorship.May mentor or act as a supervisor to students, interns, and contractors.Other tasks and responsibilities as requested

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education). Four to six years of progressively more responsible management experience. Background knowledge of hiring department’s area of specialization in order to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendations to superiors. Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes in order to effectively monitor and develop subordinates and to ensure the smooth operation of department. Master’s degree in a related area may be preferred.
