We are seeking a high-performing candidate to join us.About this roleThe Program Associate is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering world-class components to our Greenhouse Scholars as part of our Whole Person College Program. Program Associates are the nexus between our Scholars and our supportive community of mentors, professional networking contacts, Summer Symposium speakers, school administrators, and more.This position is in our Boulder, Colorado office and is not virtual or remote.What your day-to-day might look likeDesign a skills module with a corporate partner that helps college students better understand the opportunities in the financial sector. Gather feedback from Scholars through a bi-annual survey, carefully noting what to take to your next phone calls with the Scholars that you work with directly. Meet with a Scholar to provide one-on-one coaching, support, and guidance through a particularly challenging phase of their sophomore year. Craft an outreach effort to attract renowned speakers to the next Summer Symposium. Join a meeting with education leaders in Chicago to inform the development of a statewide scholarship support initiative. Along with an esteemed community advisor, work with the Class of 2025 Greenhouse Scholars to launch a project that supports a low-income high school in Atlanta, GA. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch an evolved mentor communication and training plan that meets the changing needs of our Scholars.This job might be for you if…You enjoy developing relationships with all types of people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
