Job Description : Maintains the flow do patients in the front lobby, answers questions for patient information and connects family members to patient rooms. Directs patients, visitors and vendors to their intended locations. Works with security to maintain a safe and secure lobby area. Performs all job duties in a professional and courteous manner. Demonstrates positive and appropriate skills with internal and external customers. Demonstrates the ability to work with others. Maintains a safe environment for patients, staff, physicians and visitors.
Job Qualifications
Education/Training/Certification/Licensure:
Requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of direct experience in the field, excellent customer service skills, medical terminology, typing minimum of 60 wpm.
