Responsibilities
Design business analysis and data reporting processes and systems for use throughout the company, primarily in Microsoft Excel
Examine documentation and data reports to locate and resolve errors or items of concern
Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports on key performance indicators
Monitor and evaluate project financial and productivity performance, identify trends, and provide actionable data, information, and reporting to managers in written and verbal form
Assist managers in evaluating performance and reporting as needed
Assist other managers and departments with a variety of reporting, analytical, support, and administrative tasks as assigned
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
Education, Skills, Experience Needed
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-3 years of experience as a reporting, financial or business analyst.
Working knowledge of managerial and job cost accounting that will be used in the development and analysis of data-driven reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and independently and proactively manage their time, prioritize projects to meet deadlines, and request additional tasks as their capacity allows
Working Environment
Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
Travel may be required, typically less than 50% but could be more depending upon the business needs
Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Requirements
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
