Our five core values guide our everyday behavior: Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness.As a Revenue Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in providing support to the Director of Revenue and to our communities as we increase revenue throughout the company. In this position, you will assist in creating and implementing new programs that will provide additional revenue within our communities. You will create and manage reporting that will aid all teams in making business decisions, and allows the Revenue team to find revenue opportunities. You will also help our field teams with utility billing questions and technical support.RESPONSIBILITIES: Help identify, research, and implement revenue-producing programs as directed by the Director of RevenueOversee and implement all rent and fee increases, including the distribution of the legal notices associated with those increasesAssist in conducting market analysis for rent increases and other feesAnalyze all utility billing data and create reporting for the Director of Revenue and the appropriate field team membersAssist Community Managers, District Managers, and other field team members by troubleshooting utility billing issuesAssist with community fee revenue analysisManage revenue streams as directed by Director of RevenueQUALIFICATIONS: Technologically proficient with MS Office software products and able to learn new programs with easeExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail with exceptional time-management skillsTeam-oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethicBachelor’s Degree preferred1 year of property management experience is a plusWe offer our employees a golden work experience including a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with a 6% company match, and above all infinite opportunities to learn, develop and sharpen their skills.
