Job Description : Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Post program updates in the sales conference room.Perform Administrative functions which may include developing written correspondence, reports, memos, charts, or other documents of a business nature.Tracking and calculation of sales employee’s incentives.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university is preferred or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and use independent judgement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professionalism: Work with Sales Representatives, Team Leaders, Sales Managers, Vice Presidents and President.Ability to work with confidential information.Work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple and ever-changing priorities.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Administrative & Business Operations Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
