Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) Basel Capital Computation (Basel III) System based Basel capital computation for Credit Risk Review, analyse and reporting to management.
Review and reporting of RCA III return to RBI Impact analysis of regulatory revisions and related system enhancements.
Pillar 3 disclosures Preparation of consol capad (incl Subsidiaries) Preparation of Leverage ratio Upload of disclosures on Banks website Analysis of Industry disclosure with movement Designing control and consistency checks Related party transactions reporting As per SEBI, Companies Act, RBI (AS -18 & Ind AS) Preparation of pricing policy documents and Board notes Preparation of Omnibus approval summary to be tabled before the Audit Committee Board (ACB).
Quarterly update the transactions to ACB, against the omnibus approvals sought .
Perform reconciliation with entities under Bank group on quarterly basis Prepare annual AS-18 disclosure for Solo and Consol notes to accounts Providing inputs for transfer pricing and US GAAP audit & disclosure.
Preparedness for disclosure as per Ind AS & SEBI amendments (Kotak committee recommendation).
Prepare quarterly Financial Conglomerate and Group wide oversight policy return to be submitted to HDFC Ltd.
Key prudential returns to RBI & Risk Based Supervision inputs (to IRBS) Automation of reporting as per RBI ADF project.
Submission of key prudential returns to RBI (on XBRL platform) on a quarterly, monthly and annual basis returns to RBI.
Analysis of return/ data before RBI submission from accuracy and reporting consistency.
Review of select parameter indicators report of RBI and comparison with peers.
Arranging logic for automation, validation of UAT reports and arranging sign-off.
Other Reporting Ind AS reporting requirements.
DICGC premium payable QIS submission to RBI Quarterly Audit ANBC computation Annual RBI inspection HKMA inputs (MABS returns ) Support to various capital/borrowing programs.
