Responsible for the running of the property on a day-to-day basis, in line with the hotel’s standards
Handling the administration work in an efficient manner
Keeping track of all bookings, guests’ arrivals, and special requirements
Designing, employing and managing the company’s functions structure
Managing various divisions
Scheduling work-shifts of all personnel
Verifying that room status information is accurate
Resolving guest issues quickly, efficiently and courteously
Enforcing all cash-handling and credit policies
Maximizing room revenue and occupancy
Ensuring implementation of all hotel policies and house rules
Ensuring that the property and rooms are impeccable at all times
Performing other ad-hoc duties as requested by management
Keeping records of all necessary information related to the company – company’s purchase and revenue
dealings, reviews, bookings, etc.
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
Reply to emails and phone calls regarding customer relationships
Maximize room occupancy with up-selling techniques
Know the different room categories, room rates and services / guest activities that we offer
Invoice clients
Carry out tasks entrusted by the General Manager
