Well, you may be the Business Development Manager, we are looking for. Who will be developing the business for his/her respective territory and will be enhancing the organization reputation by accepting the ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Innovate, Advocate and Implement better Sales Strategies.
To implement all aspects of the Sales Process encompassing all sales-related activities such as planning, monitoring, and measuring all customers within the defined area.
Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential – maintaining business ethics.
Provide an excellent and professional level of customer service with existing and new customers.
Analyses and controls the expenditure of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
To prepare sales reports on a monthly basis.
Implement programs to win continued customer loyalty.
To assist the Regional Sales Head in preparing the annual sales budget for management approval and implementing the same.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Graduation/Post – Graduation/MBA Degree in Marketing & Or relevant discipline is preferred.
Candidate should have minimum 5 years sales experience in freight forwarding industry.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Well versed with Air & Ocean – Exports & Imports operations.
Knowledge of warehousing and domestic transportation will be added advantage.
To be prepared to learn all aspects of team’s work with desire and ability to provide cover and assistance on a regular basis.
High level of pc literacy on MS word/ excel.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills• Decision making • Project Management • Numerical skills.
High degree of organizational & administrative skills and ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
Good team player.
Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability.
Being strategic • Good product knowledge • Honesty and integrity.
Must have administrative experience such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or detailed processes that have a lot of components to manage
Ability to work in high paced, challenging environment
Must have the ability to multitask and manage details of different processes efficiently
Proactive, Focused & dedicated with exceptional analytical skills
Quick learner and able to take on new tasks with a short learning curve
